As we continue to scale, we are seeking a freelance Chartered Accountant (CA) who can bring both technical expertise and strategic financial advisory to support our growth journey.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a freelance Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance, while also supporting fundraising, financial planning, and business decision-making. This is a flexible engagement designed for professionals with prior experience working with startups and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation & compliance (GST, TDS, ROC filings etc.)
• Prepare & update financial statements, projections & MIS
• Ensure fundraising readiness & support due diligence/investor reporting
• Provide strategic financial advisory for scaling

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation & compliance
• Experience with startups/SMEs preferred
• Flexible freelance/consulting engagement
