About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Freelance Zoho Implementation Consultant to help us set up, customize, and optimize the Zoho People Plus platform. The goal is to streamline HR operations, automate workflows, and improve overall efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Zoho People Plus based on business requirements
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements
- Customize modules such as onboarding, attendance, leave management, and performance tracking
- Set up workflows, approvals, and automation
- Integrate Zoho People Plus with other Zoho applications and third-party tools
- Perform data migration and validation
- Provide user training and documentation
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Freelance Zoho Consultant or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People / People Plus implementations
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and business processes
- Experience with Zoho integrations, APIs, and Deluge scripting (preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho certifications (nice to have)
- Experience working with Indian HR systems and compliance
- Prior freelance or consulting project experience

- End-to-end Zoho People Plus setup
- Workflow automation and system customization
- Integration with required tools
- Documentation and training
- Ongoing support (if required)
