Freelance Workday HCM Trainer

This Freelance Workday HCM Trainer role is a part-time, remote position. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive Workday HCM training sessions to individuals or groups. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, customizing content to meet trainee needs, conducting interactive online sessions, and providing post-training support. The role also involves addressing learner queries and staying updated with Workday HCM system updates to ensure the most current knowledge is shared.

• Proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management modules, including core HR functions and advanced configurations
• Strong training and instructional skills, along with the ability to customize content based on learner requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for conducting effective remote training sessions
• Proficiency in creating course materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources
• Familiarity with virtual training tools and technology for conducting online classes
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote capacity
• Previous experience as a Workday trainer or implementation consultant is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
