Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create, plan, and schedule engaging and original content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
Monitor daily activity, respond to comments and DMs, and build an active online community.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes.
Handle influencer collaborations and brand partnerships effectively.
Protect and enhance the company's online reputation through proactive engagement and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
24 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
