We are a growing wellness center offering integrative health services including massage therapy, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and more. We're on a mission to make wellness more accessibleand we're building out our content presence to reach more people online. We're looking for a talented video editor to help us turn raw footage into polished, engaging content across social media.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Video Editor to edit and deliver high-quality content from footage shot at our clinic. You'll work closely with me to ensure every piece of content is on-brand.

This is a remote-friendly role. Raw footage will be shared with you digitally after each shoot day, and you'll deliver polished edits on an agreed turnaround schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Editing a variety of content formats: short-form reels and TikTok, talking head videos, treatment walkthroughs, montages, clinic ambiance clips, long-format YouTube videos, and social media ads

Adding captions, lower thirds, transitions, music, and sound design to enhance videos

Color grading and audio cleanup to ensure a clean, professional finish

Adapting content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

Maintaining a consistent visual style and brand identity across all content

Scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

Collaborating with our team on content strategy, hooks, and performance improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Proven experience editing social media content and/or YouTube videos

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

Ability to edit across multiple formats: short-form (Reels/TikTok), long-form (YouTube), and paid ads

Detail-oriented with consistent, reliable turnaround times

Comfortable working independently and managing your own editing queue

Bonus:

Portfolio of previous social media or content creation work please attach your portfolio to your application

Experience with motion graphics or animated text overlays

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Experience editing health, wellness, or service-based brand content

Basic understanding of SEO for YouTube (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)

CONTENT YOU'LL BE EDITING

Talking head videos featuring practitioners and staff

Treatment and service walkthrough videos

Clinic ambiance and behind-the-scenes montages

Long-format YouTube videos (educational and brand-building)

Short-form social media content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook

Paid social media ads

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Part-time: hours flexible based on content volume (approx. 20-40 hrs/week)

Remote-friendly work from wherever you edit best

Footage delivered digitally after each clinic shoot day

Compensation: 50-60k INR
