Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a global leader in digital automation and energy management, is seeking an experienced Screen Reader User Tester to help ensure their e-learning content is fully accessible and user-friendly. The ideal candidate is a native or advanced screen reader user proficient with NVDA, JAWS, or Microsoft Narrator. In this role, you will evaluate digital learning modules from a learner's perspective, identify accessibility barriers, and provide clear feedback based on WCAG AA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities;
- Experience e-learning content as a learner and categorize the usability journey as Easy, Moderate, Difficult, or Failed.
- Collaborate with learning administrators and designers by demonstrating real-time screen reader navigation through screen sharing and walkthrough sessions.
- Use multiple assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, MS Narrator) to test learning content and provide accessibility-focused feedback.
- Understand content structure and flow of typical e-learning modules and evaluate them against a WCAG-AA–adapted accessibility checklist.
- Perform rapid accessibility testing to identify development gaps and recommend improvements for designing inclusive and accessible e-learning experiences.

Location - Bangalore, Bagmane office
Capacity and Mode - Full Time and 2 days work from the office
Duration - 6 months (Extendable)
Skills Required
- Native screen-reader user with 3–4 years of experience.
- Proficiency with major screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, MS Narrator.
- Ability to apply WCAG AA accessibility principles within the context of e-learning content.
- Strong ability to identify accessibility gaps quickly during content testing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
- Comfortable conducting screen-sharing demos and explaining user journey insights.
