About the Role

We are hiring a Freelance Recruiter for a startup based in Ahmedabad. This is a short-term contract opportunity where the primary responsibility will be screening candidate resumes and conducting structured screening calls based on predefined questions shared by the founder.

This role is ideal for recruiters who are strong in evaluation, communication, and quick decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes as per hiring criteria
• Conduct structured screening calls using founder-provided questionnaire
• Evaluate candidates on skills, communication, and role fit
• Share detailed screening feedback with the founder
• Maintain proper tracking of screened candidates
• Coordinate interview scheduling when required

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills
• Clear communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Ability to work onsite at SG Highway, Ahmedabad
• Immediate availability

Preferred

• Experience working with startups
• Experience screening for tech / business roles
• Ability to start immediately

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and contract duration.
