Role Description
We are seeking a Freelance Supply Chain SAP & Data Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations, SAP S/4 HANA configuration, and data analytics/reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional SAP knowledge combined with hands-on experience in analytics tools to drive insights, streamline processes, and enhance data accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with SAP S/4 HANA to configure, maintain, and support modules such as Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Inventory Management (IM).
- Analyze supply chain data within SAP to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations and coordinated process flows.
- Develop data dashboards and reports using SQL, AI/ML models, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
- Gather, validate, and consolidate data for reporting and presentations, ensuring data accuracy across SAP and related systems.
- Support Product Lifecycle Management processes and maintain structured documentation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven analysis.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities related to supply chain optimization and reporting as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to align requirements and deliver results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, especially MM, WM, and IM modules.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, procurement, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools: SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and basic AI/ML techniques.
- Ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights through dashboards and models.
- Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and operational performance.
