Preferred Profile
- Startup pedigree Experience at US-based, VC-backed, or Y Combinator startups.
- Project & hackathon wins Built and published multiple full-stack applications.
- Educational background Recent graduate, or current Master's/PhD, or strong undergraduate from an elite school.
- Domain familiarity Worked with data-focused companies
- AI-driven development Use coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) daily.
Role Details
- Engagement: 10+ hrs/week (up to 40+ hrs/week available)
- Availability: Start immediately; able to commit 10+ hrs/week for the next 2 weeks
- Location: Remote (Pacific Time overlap preferred)
- Stacks: Open to any role frontend, backend, full-stack, data, AI/ML, devops, etc.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy features across the stack.
- Collaborate with a small, high-ownership team.
- Move quickly from idea to production with minimal supervision.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools into your workflow.
Nice to Have
- Contributions to open-source.
- Experience scaling MVPs into production-ready systems.
- Comfort working in distributed, async teams.
