Freelance Software Engineer

We're looking for a talented software engineer to join Innew as a freelancer and take ownership of full-stack projects from start to finish. You'll be working closely with founders from around the world, helping them turn ideas into real, scalable products.

You should be confident handling both frontend and backend work, and comfortable deploying and managing apps in production. A strong sense of responsibility, clean code practices, and the ability to deliver independently matter more to us than titles or fancy degrees.

We mostly work with technologies like Next.js, Supabase, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, so hands-on experience with these tools will help you fit right in.

You'll be part of a small but experienced team that values ownership, clear communication, and real impact over buzzwords.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
• Solid understanding of modern web frameworks and cloud platforms
• Ability to manage complete product cycles independently
• Strong communication and accountability
