Role Description

This is a part-time remote Freelance Sales role at Majestic Homes Dubai. The role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting premium property options, and guiding customers through the property buying process. Additionally, the role requires understanding client needs, conducting property market research, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide responsive, personalized support to clients
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge and skills in Training to assist clients in understanding the UAE property market and investment options
• Proficiency in market research, negotiation, and identifying client needs
• Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
• Experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus
• Multilingual abilities and knowledge of the UAE real estate market are advantageous
