Role OverviewWe are looking for highly driven Freelance Sales Executives to represent PARK360 on the ground. This role involves identifying prospects, conducting site visits, coordinating demos, and driving deal closures across commercial, corporate, industrial, and institutional segments.
This is an ideal opportunity for self-driven sales professionals who want flexibility, strong earning potential, and exposure to commercial, enterprise and government projects.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads across the key sectors
- Conduct on-site visits and requirement gathering
- Present PARK360 solutions to decision-makers
- Coordinate product demos with the technical team
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Support payment follow-ups till realization
- Maintain and update sales pipeline
Preferred BackgroundExperience in one or more of the following:
- ELV / CCTV / Access Control sales
- System Integrator sales
- Real estate or infrastructure solutions
- IoT / SaaS / Smart city solutions
- Enterprise or Industrial field sales
Requirements- Own smartphone and laptop
- Willingness and ability to do field visits
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
