Role - Freelance Recruiter
Location - Remote
Pay: 40% on the Client Invoice Value
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team at VLead. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions. This is a remote position with a focus on junior-level positions. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Should own different sourcing portals
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conducting recruitment processes for open positions within a given time span.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
