About the Role
We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across industries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer closure
- Understand job requirements, industry hiring trends, and role-specific talent availability
- Source candidates through: Personal networks & databases / Social media & referrals
- Conduct initial screening & candidate assessment (skills, culture fit, compensation alignment)
- Coordinate with company HR / hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate onboarding
- Maintain professional communication with both candidates and stakeholders

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multiple requirements
