We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter who can build and maintain a strong, always-on talent pipeline, not someone who just forwards random resumes.
Role OverviewAs a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating a structured hiring pipeline, qualifying candidates properly, and ensuring we always have pre-vetted talent ready across roles.
This is a long-term partnership, not a one-off hiring task.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing- Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline across roles
- Source candidates using multiple channels (not just job portals)
- Create role-wise candidate pools (Media Buyers, Designers, Strategists, etc.)
2. Qualification & Screening- Use structured qualification frameworks (experience, skill depth, results, culture fit)
- Conduct initial screening calls and filter low-quality candidates
- Share only shortlisted, pre-qualified profiles
3. Hiring Systems & Process- Maintain a clean hiring tracker with:
- Role
- Source
- Stage
- Notes
- Expected salary
- Availability
- Suggest improvements to hiring workflows and screening questions
- Coordinate interviews smoothly with our internal team
4. Platforms & Tools- Source talent from platforms like:
- LinkedIn (active & passive candidates)
- Naukri / Instahyre / Hirist (where relevant)
- Niche communities (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram groups)
- Build referral-driven and community-based sourcing channels
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or startup hiring preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, D2C, tech, and creative roles
- System-driven recruiter (trackers, pipelines, qualification stages)
- Ability to say no to bad candidates
- Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
Engagement & Compensation- Payment structure can be:
- Monthly retainer OR
- Per-hire success fee OR
- Hybrid model (retainer + success bonus)
