Bloggerly is a fast-growing platform dedicated to empowering creators and streamlining the blogging ecosystem. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven HR Outsourcing partner to help us scale our team by finding top-tier talent.

The Role

This is a results-oriented position. Unlike a traditional HR role with a fixed salary, this is a freelance partnership where your earnings are directly tied to your success. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, using your sourcing expertise to close key vacancies for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source & Screen: Identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• End-to-End Pipeline: Manage the initial outreach, conduct preliminary screenings, and present a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Closing: Coordinate interviews and follow-up through the final offer stage.

Compensation StructureNote: This is not a salaried position. Selected partners will be paid a flat success fee (commission) for every vacancy successfully closed.

• Payment is triggered once the candidate successfully completes their onboarding/probationary period.
• There is no cap on earningsthe more roles you fill, the more you earn.

What We're Looking For

• Industry Expertise: While we welcome recruiters from all professional backgrounds, candidates with a proven track record of closing vacancies within the i-Gaming niche will be prioritized.
• The Hustle: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freelance experience is a plus).
• Network: Access to your own sourcing tools and a deep network of talent.
• Independence: You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manager to tell you when to start sourcing.
