Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter based in Dubai. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening suitable candidates for various roles across diverse industries. Key tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring timely and successful placements. The role also involves contributing to recruitment strategies and providing an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Experience in identifying passive candidates through networking and recruitment platforms
• Ability to understand client requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with market trends and industry best practices
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in meeting deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as a recruiter, ideally in an agency/consulting environment, is a plus
