We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Program Managers to oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of MEP packages, including Gas Systems, Air Systems, Chemical Systems, Power Infrastructure, and Ultra-Pure Water Systems. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering technically complex projects, ensuring the integration of MEP systems while maintaining stringent timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This role demands technical expertise, project management acumen, and a deep understanding of MEP systems for mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP packages, including Gas Systems, Air Handling Systems, Chemical Distribution Systems, Power Infrastructure, and Ultra-Pure Water Systems.
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project objectives.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for assigned MEP systems.
- Identify critical paths, track progress, and implement corrective measures to mitigate project risks and delays.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, compliance records, and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, procurement) and external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to align project objectives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and tracking of expenditures.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of MEP packages within budget constraints.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that MEP systems comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations, as well as company standards.
- Conduct periodic quality audits, safety checks, and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and system performance.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing complex MEP systems, with a strong background in at least one or more of the following areas:
- Gas Systems (e.g., bulk gas distribution, specialty gas systems)
- Air Systems (e.g., HVAC, compressed air systems)
- Chemical Systems (e.g., chemical delivery and waste management)
- Power Infrastructure (e.g., electrical distribution, generators, UPS)
- Ultra-Pure Water Systems (e.g., water treatment, DI systems)
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of MEP design principles, construction methodologies, and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design software.
- Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices related to MEP systems.
