Our Client , is a leading manufactures of fashion accessories such as jewellery , watches and eye wear and is looking to engage with an Independent Performance Marketing Consultant.
The key responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the paid marketing strategy across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta (ASC, DPA, Retargeting), Programmatic, and Quick Commerce.
- Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization to deliver ROAS targets and Build channel-specific playbooks (Search, Shopping, PMax, Social, Display) for scale.
- Ensure clear funnel strategies:
- Awareness, Consideration, Retargeting, and Conversion. Performance & Growth.
- Drive efficient acquisition at scale through advanced targeting, segmentation, and lookalike modeling.
- Manage budgets across brands to maximize ROI.
- Implement frameworks such as Spend Smart Curve (marginal utility of media spends) to decide budget allocation.
- Monitor and report on daily/weekly performance across ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, AOV, CVR, and Revenue.
- Innovation & Experimentation:
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. and Leverage AI-driven campaign management (Google PMax signals, Meta ASC) and automation.
- Explore new channels: Video Commerce, Social Commerce, and Affiliate expansion and Test advanced query sculpting, campaign prioritization, and creative refresh strategies.
- Data, Insights & Analytics:
- Partner with Analytics & Personalization team to link media spends with business outcomes.
- Develop advanced dashboards for visibility of ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and attribution.
- Use incrementality testing, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), and attribution models to validate impact.
- Drive structured reporting to leadership (weekly/monthly).
- Agency & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage external agency (Mindshare) and ensure faster execution, sharper optimization, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, CRM, and Brand teams to align campaigns with launches and storytelling.
- Work with Affiliate Manager to scale affiliate revenue and maintain compliance (fraud prevention, pixel hijacking checks).
- Brand + Performance Tie-In:
- Ensure paid media not only drives sales but also strengthens digital brand metrics (awareness, engagement, share of voice).
- Partner with Brand & Creative teams to translate brand campaigns into performance-led media outcomes.
- Create case studies and success stories to showcase impact.
Skills Required
- MBA/Equivalent with 4–7 years experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing (D2C/eCommerce preferred).
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Affiliate Networks.
- Experience in agency management and multi-brand handling.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, attribution modeling, funnel analysis).
- Familiarity with mar-tech (GA4, Adobe, Salesforce CDP, Looker Studio, Appsflyer, etc.).
- Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand building.
Success Metrics:
- ROAS improvement across channels.
- Lower CAC with improved LTV.
- Growth in overall paid contribution to revenue.
- Higher CTR, CVR, and AOV from optimized funnel campaigns.
- Improved brand digital metrics (share of search, engagement, awareness).
