Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time freelance HubSpot CRM specialist to support our team with ongoing HubSpot administration, maintenance, and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in keeping HubSpot organized, accurate, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM records, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness within the CRM
- Support lead management, contact segmentation, and reporting needs
- Create and update workflows, automations, properties, lists, and templates
- Assist with email marketing setup, sequences, and campaign support as needed
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend improvements
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve CRM processes and user adoption
- Provide ongoing support for day-to-day HubSpot administration
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM
- Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, workflows, lists, and reporting
- Experience with CRM cleanup, maintenance, and process improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Experience with integrations, imports/exports, and reporting customization
- Ability to suggest best practices for CRM optimization and automation
