Work Timings: Evening/Night Shift (3 PM 12 AM IST or 6 PM 3 AM IST, Monday to Friday)

We help our clients reclaim their time by handling everyday admin tasks like calendar management, email handling, customer service, and marketing support, such as social media management, digital marketing, and website upkeep.

Role Overview

We're looking for a freelance Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics. As part of our creative team, you will develop engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Produce compelling visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and tone.
• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging content for posts, ads, stories, and reels.
• Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Website & UI Design: Assist with design elements for websites, landing pages, and UI components.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Feedback & Revisions: Refine and finalize designs based on internal and client feedback.
• Stay Updated: Remain current with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh and modern content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma or Canva is a plus).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
• Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
