We are looking to onboard experienced freelance facilitators to deliver practical, application-oriented workplace skills training for employees of a growing organization.
This is a temporary, project-based engagement, not a full-time role.
The sessions are designed to change on-the-job behavior, not just deliver content.

- This is not a motivational talk or keynote
- This is not a sales or MLM-style training
- This is not certificate-focused training
- This is not a long-term or permanent role
Role OVerview:
As a facilitator, you will deliver interactive training sessions focused on improving:
- Professional communication
- Workplace behavior and collaboration
- Productivity and structured thinking
- Responsible use of tools like ChatGPT and Excel (where applicable)
Participants range from entry-level employees to professionals with 5 years of experience, across functions such as Operations, Sales, Support, Supply Chain, Admin, and Supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions (90 minutes to 3 hours per module)
- Use activities, scenarios, discussions, and live demonstrations (not lectures)
- Contextualize examples to real workplace situations
- Encourage reflection, practice, and application
- Follow the provided session design and learning objectives
- Share brief post-session feedback/report with the program coordinator
Mandatory Requirement:
You should apply only if most of these apply to you:
- 2+ years of experience facilitating soft skills / workplace skills training
- Strong facilitation skills (not just presentation skills)
- Comfortable handling mixed-experience groups
- Ability to explain concepts in simple, practical language
- Confident managing participant resistance or skepticism
- Comfortable delivering sessions online (Zoom / MS Teams)
- Willing to work with structured content and outcomes
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience training corporate or SME employees
- Exposure to productivity tools (Excel, AI tools like ChatGPT, workflow tools)
- Experience with onboarding or capability-building programs
- Ability to customize examples without diluting learning objectives
Compensation:
- Per-session / per-day freelance rates
- Final commercials will be discussed post shortlisting
