Mystery Monks is looking for a Freelance Creative Director to lead a 2-day live-action corporate film shoot in Jaipur (Reengus). We prefer candidates who are based in Jaipur or can be available on location for the shoot.
The Creative Director will oversee the shoot and manage the entire production cycle, including post-production, until the final output is delivered and approved by the client.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2-day corporate film shoot at the client's location
- Coordinate directly with the client to ensure alignment on creative and communication goals
- Collaborate and manage communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversee filming to ensure storytelling clarity, brand alignment, and production quality
- Supervise post-production, including edits and revisions, until final client approval
Important Notes
- Shoot crew will be provided by us (from Jaipur or nearby)
- If you have reliable crew or vendor references within our budget, recommendations are welcome
Requirements
- Proven experience directing corporate films or documentary-style video projects
- Strong understanding of live-action production and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Must be available for the shoot dates and preferably based in or near Jaipur
Compensation (Fixed Budget)
- Creative Director Fees: INR 24,000(overall)
- Script: INR 4,500
- Travel (with crew): Up to INR 9,000(reimbursable against bills)
- Food: Up to INR 6,000(reimbursable against bills)
Total Budget: INR 43,500 (All Inclusive)
- Travel and food expenses will be reimbursed subject to submission of valid bills, within the approved limits
- This is a fixed budget no additional payments will be made beyond the above.
- No advance payment; full payment will be made after client approval of the final output.
