Role Description

If you're a content creator, photographer, or cinematographer with a knack for visual storytelling - and you've worked with NGOs, social enterprises, advocacy campaigns, or elsewhere in the impact space - we'd love to hear from you.

You'll create original content for companies across the arts, climate, and social sectors.

This role is ideal for:

• Freelance creatives seeking meaningful, client-based work

All experience levels welcome.

Prior work in environment or social sector is a big plus.

Responsibilities

1. Conceptualise and create engaging content for clients (reels, carousels, graphics) at a pace of 2-3 posts per week
2. Collaborate with a lead producer to shape client briefs and develop content strategies
3. Contribute to Easy Street's in-house marketing by designing and creating brand-building content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website
4. Attend in-person shoots and meetings in Fort, Mumbai

Qualifications

1. Experience working with purpose-driven organisations, NGOs, or social enterprises
2. Strong portfolio of work in photography, video, or design
3. Ability to think visually, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
4. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently

Key Details

Position: Freelance Content Producer

Location: Fort, Mumbai (Hybrid: Remote + 12 in-person days/week)

Duration: 2 - 6 months

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours/week

Salary: Based on experience
