Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with an Executive Assistant for a 12-month full-time assignment based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management - Manage diaries, contacts and calendars for the CFO. Taking care of travel expenses & medical expenses.
- Managing end-to-end spend processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier and customer contracts, invoicing and payments
- Managing stakeholder calendars and team travel arrangements & reimbursements.
- Arrange travelling - Ticketing Domestic & International / Issuing Visas / Hotels & Car arrangements
- Assisting the team on any administrative, event related activities and claims. Arranging Conferences / Outbounds / Team activities
- Vendor Management– Coordinating with vendors for onboarding, unblocking and query resolution & invoice payments.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders.
