• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and market analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities
• Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of IT and digital transformation solutions such as custom software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
