The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience as a Business Analyst and a proven track record in delivering impactful training sessions to aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live, interactive weekend training sessions on Business Analysis concepts and tools.

Deliver practical, industry-relevant training using real-life use cases and case studies.

Cover all key BA tools and practices including:

JIRA

Agile / Scrum methodologies

SDLC

Kanban

Confluence

BRD & FRD preparation

Design and deliver session plans, assignments, and mock project exercises.

Provide guidance on career paths, interview preparation, and BA certifications.

Address student queries and support their learning journey effectively.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/Tech domain.

Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals or corporate teams.

Strong command of BA tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile environments and product/project management practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to commit to weekend-only training schedules (Saturdays & Sundays).
