We're a brand identity and web design studio that helps businesses look and feel like the brands they aspire to be. From brand strategy and visual identity to website design, marketing content, and AI-powered brand photography we handle the full creative spectrum for our clients.

We're growing our roster of talented freelance designers to collaborate with on client projects.

The Role

We're looking for a versatile Brand & Visual Designer to partner with us on a project basis. You'd work closely with our creative lead on brand identity systems, marketing collateral, social media assets, and occasionally support website design projects.

This is a freelance/contract role not a full-time position. We'll match you to projects based on your strengths, availability, and the client's needs. Some months may be busier than others.

What You'd Work On

• Brand identity design: logos, colour palettes, typography systems, brand guidelines
• Marketing and social media content: carousel posts, stories, ad creatives, email headers
• Pitch decks, one-pagers, and branded presentation templates
• Print-ready collateral: business cards, brochures, packaging mock-ups
• Supporting website design projects (UI layouts, asset creation, visual direction)

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio showing brand identity work and marketing design (this matters more than your resume)
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work across styles you can adapt to different brand personalities, not just one aesthetic
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout
• Clear communication and reliable turnaround on deadlines
• Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or Framer is a bonus not a requirement
