Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) Mentor (Telugu) to guide and support our learners. The mentor will be responsible for onboarding Gold batch learners, delivering structured BIM training in Telugu, and ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
The role involves conducting live sessions, assigning daily tasks, supporting learners through doubt clarification, and mentoring them for both academic and career growth.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Telugu with good communication skills in English
- Prior industry experience or teaching/training experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)(preferred)
- Strong interest in teaching and mentoring with a learner-focused approach
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms
- Stable internet connection for remote sessions
- Must be available full-time and maintain consistent engagement with learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and guide learners enrolled in the Gold batch
- Create and implement structured study plans
- Deliver BIM training sessions in Telugu
- Conduct and coordinate live classes (evening availability is mandatory)
- Assign daily learning tasks, practice exercises, and model exams
- Provide doubt clarification via WhatsApp, discussion forums, and other platforms
- Monitor learner progress and provide continuous mentorship
- Support learners in achieving academic and professional goals
