About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Aviation Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for aspiring aviation and hospitality professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training modules related to ground handling, cabin crew skills, customer service, travel & tourism, and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional training sessions for:
- Ground Staff (Check-in, Boarding, Baggage Handling, Ramp Safety, Airport Security)
- Cabin Crew (Grooming, Safety Procedures, Communication, In-Flight Service)
- Hospitality & Customer Service
- Food & Beverage Service (Airline catering standards)
- Travel & Tourism (Itinerary planning, travel documentation)
- Prepare training materials, presentations, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
- Train students on aviation terminology, airport codes, SOPs, and communication skills.
- Provide grooming, personality development, and interview preparation.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, and training quality.
- Support students with placements and career guidance in the aviation and hospitality industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 13 years of experience in Aviation / Hospitality / Travel industry.
- Prior experience as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, or Hospitality Trainer preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage learners through practical training.
- Knowledge of airport operations, airline procedures, customer handling, and safety regulations.
- Professional grooming and strong personality.
