Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Freelance 3D Interior Designer at our Noida location. The role entails working on space planning, creating and refining 3D interior designs, and collaborating closely with the design and project teams. Responsibilities include producing detailed architectural layouts, generating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, lightings and equipment), and ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements. The candidate will contribute to creating artistic yet functional interior designs that enhance the space and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to conceptualize and create aesthetically pleasing and functional interiors
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and expertise in generating accurate and detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience in selecting and sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to meet project needs and client standards
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a project-based environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and an understanding of on-site project management processes
