Role Overview :-
As a
Recruiter Intern, you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within our company. You'll learn the end-to-end recruitment process, interact with potential candidates, and gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
- Support employer branding and internship outreach campaigns.
