Fraud Risk Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Risk Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in fraud risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential fraud risks and develop predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective anti-fraud measures and monitor suspicious activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on fraud trends, patterns, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats related to fraud and cyber security.
• Provide expert guidance on fraud prevention best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall fraud risk management.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
