About the Role
As a Fraud QA Analyst, you will review interview recordings, assess technical quality, and investigate profiles flagged by fraud detection systems.
This position requires exceptional analytical ability, strong English comprehension, and the capacity to detect subtle signs of external assistance or AI-generated responses.
You will also help refine internal fraud-detection criteria and maintain evolving documentation of cheating patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Technical QA of Interviews
- Watch assigned interview recordings end-to-end
- Identify and annotate issues such as audio/video glitches or premature terminations
- Ensure overall interview integrity and quality standards
Fraud Investigation
- Review profiles flagged by internal fraud-detection systems
- Cross-reference education, employment, and achievements via platforms such as LinkedIn
- Identify discrepancies or misrepresented credentials
Cheating & External Assistance Detection
- Detect signs of AI-generated or externally assisted responses
- Analyze eye movement, timing anomalies, and behavioral inconsistencies
- Differentiate authentic understanding from memorized or jargon-heavy answers
- Maintain and update a documented library of cheating indicators
Must-Have Qualifications
- Exceptional English comprehension and concise written communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and credential validation
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to distinguish genuine knowledge from superficial responses
- High attention to detail and investigative mindset
