Franchise Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end franchise sales for Punjabi StarLive across Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and PAN India.
  • Identify and onboard franchise partners for Studio Setups, Academy Models, Talent Hubs, and Production Units.
  • Build a strong franchise pipeline through field visits, digital outreach, cold calling, referrals, and channel partnerships.
  • Present franchise models, investment structures, ROI plans, and business opportunities to potential investors.
  • Conduct meetings, webinars, walkthroughs, and business presentations with interested prospects.
  • Manage franchise documentation, agreements, financial due diligence, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with management on expansion strategy, marketing plans, and long-term business roadmaps.
  • Ensure all franchisees comply with brand guidelines, operational standards, and revenue expectations.
  • Track franchise performance; support franchisees with staffing, marketing, planning, and sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets with consistent reporting and lead-management discipline.
  • Represent Punjabi StarLive at events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate franchise leads.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 37 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Investor Relations.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, education, fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-based franchise models is preferred.
  • Proven ability to convert high-ticket investors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for prospect meetings and franchise closures.
  • High-energy, ownership-driven, target-focused professional with solid business acumen.
  • Must understand P&L, ROI calculations, business projections, and franchise financials.
