Role Description

This is a contract, fully remote role for a Franchisee at EHOTBOX. The Franchisee will be responsible for managing business operations, promoting EHOTBOX's suite of services, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence. Key tasks will include developing effective marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring adherence to corporate operational standards. Collaboration with the internal team and providing feedback to improve services and processes will also be central to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing skills, including Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, market research, and business development.
  • Competence in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promoting services.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of technical services such as IVR, USSD, telephony, and SMS solutions is a bonus.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous entrepreneurial or franchise experience is an advantage
  • Own a suitable plug and play office space between 1000-4000 sqft in any of the tier 1 to tier 3 locations with good connectivity
  • Able to lead a team and manage experience of client services satisfactorily
