Role overview

As a Franchisee Development Manager, you will be the primary driver of TASA Global's franchise expansion strategy. You will identify, evaluate, onboard, and nurture franchise partners across key geographies, ensuring every new franchise is set up for long-term successaligned with TASA Global's brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential franchise partnerseducators, entrepreneurs and institutionsacross target markets in India

Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition cycle: lead generation, presentations, site evaluation, negotiations, and agreement closure

Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective franchisees and recommend suitable candidates per TASA Global's selection standards

Coordinate onboarding: site setup, manpower selection, launch planning, marketing collateral, and initial training in collaboration with the brand team

Serve as the dedicated in-charge for assigned franchise partnerstrack performance, address queries, and drive revenue targets

Organise regular franchise partner meetings, training programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the franchise network

Monitor market trends in international education and study abroad. Abroad space to identify new franchise opportunities and geographies

Maintain complete transparency with franchise partners and support a participative, mutually beneficial business association as per TASA Global's values

What we're looking for

37 years of experience in franchise development, B2B sales, or channel/partner managementpreferably in education, EdTech, or services

Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding franchise/channel partners and managing a partner portfolio

Strong understanding of the international education and Study Abroad landscape in Indiaknowledge of US, UK, Canada, Europe markets is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel across regions for franchise scouting and partner visits

Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
