Partner Client Activation & Engagement:
Implement strategies to activate dormant client accounts managed by partners through targeted campaigns, product training, digital business development events and investment ideas.
Product Training & Support:
Conduct regular training for partners on financial products and market opportunities, trading tools, features and trading platforms.
Partner Sales and growth Strategy Development:
Analyzemarket trends, client base and to develop tailored actionable strategies for partners to increase client base.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor partner performance metrics (AUM, new client acquisition, reactivated clients) and provide constructive feedback to boost productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Skills):
Experience:3-10 years of experience in Franchisee Advisor or relationship management within the stockbroking industry.
Knowledge:Strong understanding of equity and mutual funds.
Certification:(Mandatory).
Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills strong CRM tool familiarity.
