Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and communication with franchise partners.
- Maintain and update franchise records, agreements, and documentation.
- Process incoming franchise inquiries and support the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal departments for franchise support.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and database management for franchise operations.
- Track compliance of franchisees with brand standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in preparing and distributing circulars, guidelines, and SOPs to franchise units.
- Support in organizing franchise training sessions, reviews, and meetings.
- Handle franchise-related queries, escalate issues if required, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare reports related to franchise performance, sales, and operational compliance.
