Role Description

• As Reporting and Insights Manager, you will own a suite of dashboards and reports and use analytical tools and AI technology stack with the aim to automate reports/tools/dashboards/analysis thereby contributing to efficiencies, data quality and scalability
• This role involves working cross-functionally across: i) the GP Data and Analytics team, ii) our partners in CIO who own the cloud platform working towards AI-upliftment and iii) working with cross-divisional stakeholders to deliver required data sets, dashboards, metrics and reports

Your key responsibilities

• As an AI architect you are responsible for digging into complex DB Procurement processes, technologies and help solve with designing and collaborating with the engineering team to deliver solutions to accomplish business goals. You are pretty much working on an individual basis and solving problems
• You bring an AI-first approach to designing data analytics solutions and can deliver outcome in partnership with the tech team
• Building and leading the delivery of AI solutions to:
  • Automate creation and delivery of data/reports/dashboards
  • generate fresh/new insights from bringing together AI solutions on top of available GP data
• You develop a sound understanding of the various tools and entire suite of analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform called dbPi.
• Establishing end to end understanding of the DB Procurement data sets including vendor spend, risk and contracting data.
• Focus on regulatory compliance reporting and KPI/KRI/KCI reporting to various governance forums.

Your skills and experience

• You have strong BA-DA skills and can gather requirements with effective scoping upfront as well as build pilots/PoC yourself to establish what potential solutions can look like
• You possess strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
