Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing potential franchise opportunities, building and maintaining business relationships, planning franchise strategies, and ensuring the successful onboarding of franchise partners. Daily tasks include lead generation, market research, conducting meetings with potential franchisees, and supporting them in understanding the franchise process. The role also entails developing strategic plans to expand the franchise network and achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic development
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with franchise partners
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and client acquisition
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the laundry and dry-cleaning industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
