Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, located in Delhi, OH. The individual will manage franchise sales operations, develop business plans, generate leads, and maintain excellent communication with potential business partners. The role involves crafting strategies for franchise expansion and building strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success and alignment with the brand's vision.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Franchise Sales and knowledge of Franchising processes
  • Expertise in Business Planning and the ability to create strategic growth initiatives
  • Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with franchisees
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align strategies with overall business goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the restaurant or franchise industry is an advantage
