Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchise partners, developing effective business plans, and managing the end-to-end franchising process. Key tasks include generating and following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong communication with franchise partners to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
