Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales, developing business plans, and managing the franchising process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and generating leads, communicating with potential franchisees, and assisting them through the onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing franchisees and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
- Experience in Business Planning
- Lead Generation and strong Communication skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
