Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Franchise Sales Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, generating leads, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and contributing to the development and execution of business plans. The role also involves guiding potential franchisees through the onboarding process and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and franchise operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
