Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida for a Franchise Sales Manager. The role involves driving franchise sales, identifying and developing potential franchisees, and managing the end-to-end franchising process. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting business planning sessions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring franchise partner success. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and building robust sales pipelines
• Excellent Communication and relationship management skills
