Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in Gurgaon. The individual will be responsible for driving franchise sales by identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, developing business plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include creating and implementing strategies for lead generation, effectively managing the franchising process, and maintaining regular communication with prospects and business partners to ensure their success and alignment with MannuBhai's vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Franchise Sales and understanding of Franchising processes
- Strong Business Planning and Lead Generation capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with franchisees
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in sales, marketing, or franchise management is preferred
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
