Role Description:

This is a part-time role for a Franchise Sales Manager - Hotels & Villa at Shivaneel Hospitality. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential properties, negotiating agreements, conducting market research, and managing the acquisition process. They will collaborate with property owners, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure successful property acquisitions, closing the deals & signing the contracts.

Qualifications:

• Property Acquisition, Real Estate Negotiation, and Market Research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in property management or real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
