Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Business Developer & Franchise Sales Manager with minimum 4 years of experience in business development, franchise sales. The candidate will be responsible for expanding FABO's franchise network and driving revenue growth across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Sales & Expansion

Identify and generate new franchise leads.

Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings.

Close franchise deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Maintain strong pipeline of hot leads and LOIs.

Coordinate site selection and feasibility analysis.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle inquiries from digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Conduct F2F meetings and virtual presentations.

Follow up and convert leads into signed franchise agreements.

Maintain CRM and sales reports.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly Franchise LOI Targets

Revenue Collection Targets

Lead Conversion Ratio

Market Expansion in assigned states

4. Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years experience in Franchise Sales / Retail Expansion / Business Development.

Experience in service industry (Laundry, QSR, Retail, FMCG preferred).

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
