Franchise Sales Manager

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise acquisition for Daalchini Vending Machines. The ideal candidate will have strong regional knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to onboard and support new franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive franchise sales for vending machines in the FOFO model across Pan India.

- Identify and convert potential franchise partners through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales, vending machines, FMCG, or consumer product sales.

- Knowledge of local territory, geography, and market dynamics.

- Good communication skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates from the vending machine, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
